Cancellations:

We require 24 hour notice for all appointment cancellations. We are happy to rebook your appointment with a further notice.

Payment methods:

We accept only checks and cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit or debit cards at the present time.

Refund Policy:

We do not give monetary refunds for products purchased.

Patch Test:

Safety of our clients is very important to us; therefore we require a patch test on any hair colour/tint services prior to your appointment to make sure there is no adverse reaction.
